What we'll actually do together:

This isn't abstract "energy work." These are tangible practices you'll learn and use, on Zoom, in real time, so you can 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 what we're talking about.

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼:

  • Breathe energy through your chakras and feel it move in your body
     

  • Touch yourself as meditation, reclaiming self-pleasure as a practice, not a performance
     

  • Track sensation and arousal as information (the tingling, the pulsing, the aliveness you might normally miss)
     

  • Map your desires and boundaries using the Wheel of Consent, knowing the difference between what you want and what you're willing to do
     

  • Move energy with breath, sound, and movement in ways that are stupidly simple and wildly effective
     

  • Regulate your nervous system so you can stay present with pleasure instead of shutting down or speeding past it
     

These tools are accessible enough to use anywhere: while making coffee, on a plane, in the middle of your day. That's the magic.

My Approach

I'm trauma-informed, nervous system-aware, and not interested in spiritual bypassing or prescriptive bullsh!t. I meet you exactly where you are—whether you're well-versed in energy and breathwork or completely new to this — and we build from there.

The practices are grounded in tantric principles, somatic awareness, sensation literacy, and nervous system regulation. Some are micro-practices you can use anywhere (breath, sound, presence). Others ask for dedicated time and preparation—like setting up your space with music, candles, whatever makes you feel cherished, then spending 90 minutes in self-pleasure practice.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁. Whether that's a full altar or just locking the door and lighting one candle, the practice is learning to create conditions for your own pleasure. Not because it should look a certain way, but because you deserve to feel safe, held, and fully present in your body.
